Who Are We?

Assalamu alaikum and welcome! We are two best friends on a shared journey of healing and seeking knowledge for the sake of Allah. As students of Islamic Psychology and Islamic Studies, we believe deeply in the Prophet's teaching: "Convey from me even if it is one verse." (Jami' at-Tirmidhi 2669)

The Mission: We wanted to create a safe space where you never have to choose between your deen and your mental health, where Islamic teachings are practical tools for holistic growth and self-purification (tazkiyah). We are walking this path right alongside you, learning from our own struggles and finding light through our deen, step by step Bi idhnillah.
